Once you've placed an order, we'll treat that as an order you want to buy. If your order is accepted, we'll send you an email outlining the goods you've ordered and the value that'll be debited from your account.


The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website on the date of the order being accepted by us. If there is a pricing error on the website we will inform you as soon as possible. This will give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you've paid for the goods we will give you a full refund.

The price of goods does not include delivery charges.

We aim to process orders as soon as possible. This will be subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

If your order item is temporarily out of stock and the despatch date is longer than 5 working days we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery dates.

Delivery Charges are per order. An order can be delivered to one address only. For multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.


Damaged Goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them in case of any damage or defects. In the event that your order is found to be damaged or defective or incorrectly shipped then you must contact us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You should send them back to us including the original invoice and packaging.

We will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage.
