• UK Postage: £2.50:  Royal Mail 1st Class 
• This service includes Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands
• Republic of Ireland: £3.50
• Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days

• Europe: £4.50 Royal Mail
• Delivery time: 7 to 10 working days

• Rest of the World £6.50 Royal Mail
• Delivery time: 10 to 14 working days

OFAC Sanction List

We will not be able to deliver goods to the following countries:
Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea-Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, International Criminal Tribunal for The Former Yugoslavia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast-Lebanon and Syria, Liberia, North Korea (Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea), Republic of Guinea, Somalia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Cuba and Balkans.

Damaged Goods

You must inspect the goods when you receive them in case of any damage or defects. In the event that your order is found to be damaged or defective or incorrectly shipped then you should contact us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You should send them back to us including the original invoice and packaging.

We will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage.

Returns

Returns can only be accepted within 7 working days of delivery at the customer’s expense, unless the product is faulty.

You are required to package the product adequately to prevent damages during transit as we cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. Recorded delivery or registered post is recommended for returns to maintain insurance cover for the value of the goods.
